Terms of Service

Welcome to CHENGHAITU HK INTERNATIONAL TRADINGLIMITED

By using YW services, you agree to these terms. Updated terms are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Orders

• Orders are placed online.
• Cancellations require YW approval. Unpaid orders may be canceled via account.
• Non-standard products (marked NC/NR) are non-cancelable/non-refundable.
• YW may cancel orders due to supplier shortages.

1. Shipping

• Shipping costs prepaid; import duties/taxes are customers’ responsibility.
• Delivery delays may occur for credit/anti-fraud checks or payment clearance.

1. Pricing

• Unit prices exclude taxes, duties, shipping and bank fees.
• No price protection: no refunds for post-purchase price drops.

1. Payment

• Full prepayment required (PayPal, debit card, wire transfer).
• Customers are deemed to be responsible for all bank charges, such as the wire charge and intermediary bank charge.
• If there is a shortfall in the remittance amount stated on the invoice, the shipment might be influenced.

1. Returns

• Returns within 15days for quality issues only.
• Prepaid return shipping required.
• Restocking fee (15%) applies for non-defective returns.
• Opened ESD/programmable items are non-returnable.

1. Force Majeure

• YW isn't liable for delivery delays or unmet obligations due to uncontrollable events like material shortages, labor disputes, shipping issues, natural disasters, government actions, fires, strikes, floods,severe weather, computer problems, terrorism, epidemics, quarantine rules, riots, or war.
• In such cases, YW can extend delivery time or cancel orders by notifying the customer.

1. Warranty

• 15-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Excludes misuse/modification.
• YW transfers manufacturer warranties; no additional liability.

1. Liability

• YW’s liability limited to product purchase price.
• No liability for indirect/consequential damages.

1. Export Compliance

• from Customer's unlawful sale or use of products/services. If a breach of this Agreement occurs, Customer must compensate and protect YW from any ensuing losses, claims, or damages.
• The Customer needs to take responsibility for adhering to the laws and regulations related to importing these products/services into the destination country and cover any associated taxes.

1. Governing Law

• Disputes governed by Hong Kong law.
• If any dispute or controversy arises between you and YW relating to this Agreement. If no settlement can be reached through friendly negotiation, you unconditionally agree that arbitration via HKIAC ( individual claims only).
